Roof repair, roof clean, gutter clean
Jake, Michael and Kyle repaired and cleaned our roof and gutters - and did an excellent job. Jake initially completed a very thorough assessment of the roof and clearly highlighted the problems that needed fixing - this was well worth the call out fee. He then provided a very reasonable quote and completed the job in one day with great efficiency and skill. Jake, Kyle and Michael were very professional - and even went out of their way to highlight other problems in the loft and clean up after the work was done. I am very impressed and highly recommend them!
General roofing repairs
The roofing report commissioned was very thorough, but there was plenty of clear guidance and explanation as to what everything meant. I was warned that the original quote might go up when it came to booking the work in, but the original price was honoured and they were happy to do some chimney work, free of charge, which was great! They accepted that they'd under priced some elements of the work too, so I was grateful they didn't pass that extra cost onto me. I was really pleased with the overall service, and especially appreciated the quick responses to my questions.
Roof Inspection Report
Jake and his team were fantastic. Promptly answered my query and subsequently booked an inspection. They arrived on time and according to the booking, unlike other roofing companies I had been in touch with. The inspection was carried out and throughout Jake clearly demonstrated his expertise and knowledge in diagnosing the problem. The repair was very kindly carried out at no extra cost and finished to an excellent standard. Throughout the whole process Jake kept me informed and explained the issues and how it was going to be fixed. I would highly recommend Jake and his team!
Roof repairs
Jake, Dan and Kyle did a fabulous job. Repaired flashing to fix a leak, replaced several broken tiles, cleaned gutters. Fast efficient work, lovely lass, highly recommended.
Leaking gutter and repatching around soil stack
Submitted enquiry late Sunday evening. Jake responded almost immediately and was able to come around the following day to resolve both issues. Helped us immensely as we're selling the property and had viewings booked for the Tuesday. Great to talk to as well as the two lads with him.

Turned up on time managed to fix the problem having him back out Wednesday to fix another problem

Roof inspection report
Jake was really helpful explaining the roof inspection report and going over all the details and answering our questions in depth over a 20 minute phone call. He took many pictures highlighting potential issues which was a great help. Would definitely recommend using Jake and the company.
Broken fascia and soffits
After I sent out a picture of the problem, Your Space came out very quickly to deal with it without any fuss or exaggeration of the issue.I appreciate them keeping me updated about any delays too . I will consider using them again in the future should I need to do so.
Guttering fitting
The guys were really professional and friendly as the job was for an elderly man who is hard of hearing. Kept me informed the whole time and they did a fantastic job. Will be calling them again in future when we need them .

Replacement of plastic dry verge units
Jake and his team did an excellent job of replacing our dry verge units. They were originally placed over the existing mortar and this had cracked and some of the mortar and covers had fallen off the roof. They removed all of the mortar on both gable sides and replaced with a dry verge system which will be more effective and safer. Great team and Jake explained the problem and solution very well, can highly recommend.
Guttering clearing/fixing, tile fixing, bricks and mortar repointing/filling
Timely and efficient. Friendly and offered work beyond request for no extra cost. Given it is roofing hard to completely comment on works as cannot get up and see guttering ourselves but will only know once it rains. Everything appears to have been done to a good standard.

Jake responded quickly to our request for his services, after we had storm damage to our guttering. He was able to attend the next day, fitting us in to his very busy schedule, while enabling me to also keep an important med appt. Well, there's not enough words to describe in good faith how amazing and lovely Jake and his team are. Very professional from the first point of contact to the end. Well mannered, polite, courteous and professional. Great communication and worked around problems like they were no problems. They made us feel like we were special, and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. We have had several very bad experiences with builders (all weather roofline destroyed our roof for example) Jake's team could reassure us that there are reputable tradesman out there. Replacing roof tile and felt
Jake has been amazing from start to finish- has sorted our broken roof tiles and felt which has caused leaking in the toilet ceiling. Now it's perfect and has no more leak. Bathroom ceiling leak
Went into loft, took a picture so we could view issue, went onto roof and took a picture, so we could view issue and all information was given about the cracked tile and what problem it was causing. Was so swift, tiled, extra fixes completed and leak stopped. So efficient. If anything extra is needed for there, will definitely call again.
Roof repair
Called Jake at 7am this morning as I had water leaking through a bedroom ceiling, he came out to have a look at the roof within the hour, went away to get materials, came back and sorted the problem on the roof and it was all completed by 10am in the pouring rain. Secured slipped roof tile
Turned up exactly the time agreed. Although it was only a small job it was important it was done. They were quick and efficient, and although the job has only just been done it comes with a 5 year guarantee and Jake has said any problem you call me back out. We had a roof survey with Jake on a house we are purchasing. Jake is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the roofing industry. He explained in great detail everything needed to rectify the roof. I found Jake very professional, and a honest tradesman. He admitted that the roof was fine, and the issue was somthin g far smaller in that the insulation was touching the felt. My roof no longer leaks, and made a saving.

Leak coming through the chimney
Fit leak coming into the bedroom upstairs through the chimney. Remove debris and replaced broken roof with a new roof tile and also applied some special sealant to the external brickwork of the chinmey for reinforcement. The roof has been twice after heavy rain the ceiling is sweet so these definitely know what they are doing
New Roof
After noticing some dark patches on the ceiling I knew it was time to get a new roof. After sending requests to 5 different companies Jake's was the only one to get back in touch, and I'm glad he did. Not only was the work carried out to a professional standard but he maintained communication to keep me up to date with the work and also came back to fix minor things without complaint. His team also emptied my back garden of the junk I had been planning to take to the tip.

Jake turned up on time and was professional and polite and courteous at all times. I had a roof inspection. Jake knew his stuff and identified several issues that the previous roofers from the council had done wrong. His report and photographic evidence were excellent and sent promptly. It is due to the excellent report from Jake that the council have done most of the work, there is still some outstanding to be done soon. The price was reasonable. I would recommend him.

Clearing moss from rooves and treating tiles

Gutter repair on top of conservatory
Jake repaired our tilted gutter which was a hard access to get to due to having a conservatory built. He put all his effort in to get our work done efficiently and quickly. He also siliconed the leaking area on our conservatory.
