£300 including VAT (£250 + VAT) until January 2027. From then, the report will be £350 including VAT.
A RICS Level 3 survey often costs £450–£600 and examines the whole property. Our report does not replace it; it is a focused roof-inspection service that can sit alongside it, or help you decide whether broader checks are worthwhile.
If you appoint Your Space Innovations for the relevant work after purchase—or choose us following comparison of professional opinions—50% of your report fee is refundable, subject to the agreed work being awarded to us.
