Our Reports
Current roof inspection prices: the Property Owner Roof Inspection Report costs £150 + VAT (£180 including VAT). The Rogue Roofer Report, Party Wall Dispute Report and Storm Damage Assessment Report each cost £150 + VAT (£180 including VAT). The Property Owner report will remain £180 including VAT until at least 2 August 2027. The advanced Pre-Purchase Roof Inspection Report costs £250 + VAT (£300 including VAT). Its price is planned to rise to £350 including VAT during January 2027; the exact effective date will be displayed and confirmed before any affected booking.
50% refund condition: for any report type above, 50% of the report fee is refundable when Your Space Innovations Roofing & Building Services Ltd is appointed to carry out the roofing work resulting from the report. For a property purchase, the purchase must complete and the buyer must appoint us for that work. Where the report compares competing opinions, the client must select us to carry out the resulting work. The refund is not automatic simply because a report is purchased. We do not recommend the solar panel companies doing their own independent surveys; they are inclined to ignore any issues with the roof if it may cancel the solar panel sale.
